Many people with high blood pressure know their numbers, but may not follow their treatment plan because they feel fine or don't notice any symptoms. The results from uncontrolled high blood pressure are far from invisible or silent though. Heart attack, stroke, and other serious health problems can be caused by unmanaged high blood pressure.
