Learn more about tick-borne illness from one of our walk-in nurse practitioners, Alexis Purdom, FNP-C. Alexis talks about the most common types of illness we see, as well as symptoms to watch for and tick prevention. Click here to read more.
In an attempt to limit the number of patients we have in the lobby at any one time, we will be having flu shot clinics on Saturdays and Sundays. The first flu shot clinic will be held on Saturday, September 5 and will continue on every weekend day through the month of September. The hours for these clinics will be the same as regular weekend hours, which are 8am-1pm Saturday and Sunday. Patients may receive a flu shot at their regularly scheduled office visit, but the weekend flu clinics are the only times we are offering for patients to walk in and receive their flu shots. Please visit https://www.coolspringsinternalmedicine.com/services/flu-shots for more information about annual flu vaccines or contact our office if you have any questions.
